Like our hard money loans, stated income is also relatively quick and simple with minimal qualification required. This program is mostly designed for our self-employed borrowers who prefer not to use tax returns.

If you qualify for a conventional loan, we can offer you great rates, terms, & costs!

If you qualify for a conventional loan using your tax returns, then rest assure that you will be provided with the lowest rate & monthly payment. These loans do take much longer than our other loan programs.

LOAN TERMS:

We’re offer a variety of different loan terms starting between one to three years, ranging between $50,000 to $10 million dollars. Most of our loans will require a minimum 2 month prepayment restriction to allow our investors at least collect 2 months of interest.

Our Loan Process, In 4 Simple Steps:

Pre-Approval

Once we get a few pieces of information we’ll know immediately what programs you can qualify for. After submitting a pre-approval form, our agents will know exactly what loan programs will be your best fit.

Collect Docs

The duration of the loan mostly relies on how quick you can provide us the documentation we need. Depending on the loan programs you qualify for we’ll be able to determine what info you need to provide to proceed.

Securing Investment

Once all the documentation is received, we’ll secure an investor the same day to lock in your rate! At this point your loan should be a smooth process until we’re able to get a notary out to you to sign your loan docs!

Funding

The final step includes opening title & escrow to finalize the loan & prepare for your signing date! Very rarely do we incur any issues at the stage, unless a lien or judgement appear against your property that we were not informed of.
