Hillcrest Lending Inc. is a residential and commercial lender specializing in private money, stated income, and conventional loans. We were founded with a simple mission: to create a better way to finance real estate in California. Traditional banks are slow, rigid, and often say no to good deals. We say yes — quickly, transparently, and professionally. Since 2015 we have funded more than $500 million in loans, and fewer than 2% of them have ever gone into default.
Every loan we originate is secured by a first-lien deed of trust (a recorded legal claim that puts our investors first in line) on California real property. Our team brings decades of combined experience in real estate finance, underwriting, and investor relations.
