Important Investment Risks

No guarantee of returns: Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Projected returns are estimates only and actual returns may be lower than projected, including the possibility of loss of principal.
Illiquidity: Trust deed investments are illiquid. Your capital will be committed for the duration of the loan term and may not be readily accessible.
Default risk: Borrowers may default on their loan obligations, which may result in delayed payments or loss of principal. While loans are secured by real property, the foreclosure process may take significant time and the property value may be insufficient to fully recover the investment.
Market risk: Real estate values may decline, which could reduce the collateral coverage of the loan and increase the risk of loss in the event of a borrower default.
Concentration risk: Investing in a single trust deed concentrates risk in a single borrower and property. Diversification across multiple investments may reduce but does not eliminate risk.
