Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at corporate@hillcrestlending.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, either party may proceed with formal legal proceedings as set forth in the Governing Law section above.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Severability
