Do Not Call / TCPA Disclosure

Opt-In Consent

By providing your telephone number on a loan application, inquiry form, or other communication with Hillcrest Lending, and by providing your express written consent (such as checking an opt-in box or signing a consent form), you consent to receive:

• Transactional communications: Calls and text messages related to your loan application, active loan, or investment account, including status updates, payment reminders, and important notices.
• Marketing communications: Calls and text messages about our products, services, and promotional offers (only if you have provided separate express written consent for marketing communications).

Your consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Hillcrest Lending. You may apply for a loan or invest with us without consenting to marketing calls or messages.

Company Do Not Call List

Hillcrest Lending maintains an internal Do Not Call list in accordance with TCPA requirements. Once your number is added to our list:

• Your number will remain on our Do Not Call list indefinitely unless you request removal.
• No marketing or solicitation calls or text messages will be made to that number.
• Your number will be checked against our list before any outbound marketing campaigns.
• Transactional calls related to active accounts may still be made as permitted by law.

National Do Not Call Registry

The National Do Not Call Registry is managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and allows consumers to register their telephone numbers to reduce unwanted telemarketing calls. Hillcrest Lending consults the National Do Not Call Registry before conducting any outbound marketing campaigns.

You can register your telephone number on the National Do Not Call Registry:

• Online: www.donotcall.gov
• By phone: Call 1-888-382-1222 from the phone number you wish to register

Please note that even if your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, companies with which you have an established business relationship may still contact you for up to 18 months after your last transaction, unless you specifically request to be placed on their internal Do Not Call list.

Text Message Terms

If you have opted in to receive text messages from Hillcrest Lending, the following terms apply:

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and communication preferences. For marketing messages, you may receive up to four (4) messages per month.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
• Supported carriers: Our text messaging services are compatible with most major wireless carriers. However, delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier.
• Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to opt out of marketing text messages. You will receive a single confirmation message.

• Privacy: Your mobile number and information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
